Why El Salvador?

El Salvador is one of Central America's finest surf destinations — a Pacific coast lined with long, consistent right-hand points, warm water (around 28°C) all day long, and a relaxed atmosphere that lets you focus on your surfing.

December is the start of the dry season: sunny days around 30°C, pleasant nights around 23°C, and stable conditions that are perfect for ten straight days of training.

This isn't a surf holiday — it's a result-focused training camp with a personal plan, two sessions a day and video analysis, exactly as in the TRB method.

Warm-water point breaks on El Salvador's Pacific coast

The breaks we surf

Three leading right-hand points, all a short drive from base — we pick each day by the conditions and your level.

A clean, consistent point wave breaking under blue skies — El Sunzal

El Sunzal

Our home break — a long, consistent right-hand point over a rock bottom that works even in small swell and can hold size. Best early, when the north wind keeps the wave clean.

A quality right-hand point peeling in soft morning light — El Zonte

El Zonte

A quality point with a laid-back vibe — a great place to build confidence, work on timing and rack up clean waves.

A surfer dropping into a strong point wave, framed by palm fronds — Punta Roca

Punta Roca

A strong, fast, long wave — one of the world's renowned points. On the right day for the conditions and your level, it's a ride you won't forget.

A team that knows the waves from the inside

The camp is led by Simon Dabah — founder of the TRB method — with two high-level local surfers who know every point inside out.

Three coaches for a small group means genuinely personal attention in the water, precise reading of the conditions, and knowing each day exactly where to go.
