TRB SURF METHOD

The only method that delivers results in months, not years.

TRB is a premium coaching method developed in 2006. Its goal is to bring a structured, gradual and personally tailored process to every trainee, to maximize results in short timeframes through in-depth movement analysis and focused training.

A bit about me

Hi, I'm Simon Dabah — a surfer, a coach, and above all someone who lives the sea.

Over the years I've built the TRB method — Timing, Reading Waves, Balance — out of a desire to give a real answer to surfers who want to break through their ceiling, without wasting more years on trial and error. The whole method rests on three simple but critical principles:

  • T

TimingSpotting exactly the right moment to move, cut and push forward.

  • R

Reading WavesReading the sea and choosing the right wave before it even breaks.

  • B

BalanceKeeping stability and dynamic control throughout the whole ride.

It doesn't matter if it's your first time in the water or you've surfed for years, TRB will help you understand what's really missing for you to progress.

I started with him from scratch while my friends went elsewhere. After the first month and a half I'd already moved from soft to hard board, I'm running the wall and I've even been to his training camp in Africa twice. I've no doubt I got the best coach in the north, and in my opinion in the whole country.
